Since 2015, Tammy Brogan has held the title of Chief Financial Officer for Titan Development & Investments. She and her team are responsible for all financial and accounting aspects, including budgeting, accounts payable, receivables, cash management, and reporting. Tammy has overseen the implementation of new accounting software systems in the hospitality and property management portfolios. These systems have significantly streamlined tasks, enhanced efficiencies, and improved overall accuracy of information provided to management and ownership teams.
Tammy has been with various Titan affiliates since 1998, including Lanmark Property Advisors and Prosthetic Laboratories in roles as the Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Her diverse experience has been instrumental in the growth of Titan.
Tammy is originally from Grand Meadow and has lived in southeastern Minnesota most of her life. She received her Bachelor's degree from Winona State University and currently resides in Wabasha, MN where she enjoys spending time on the Mississippi River with her family and friends.

A native of Rochester, Minnesota, Mike Bryan brings over a decade of experience in hotel and resort management to his role as Area General Manager. We are thrilled he chose to return home to Titan Asset Management Group to lead a hospitality portfolio that includes the Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area, the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown, and the Harbor Hill Inn & Marina. With a proven track record of elevating guest experiences and optimizing financial performance, Mike is a results-driven leader.
Throughout his career, Mike has demonstrated a deep expertise in managing complex, multi-departmental properties. As Resort Manager for the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa, he oversaw a major $80 million dollar guestroom, banquet space, and spa renovation , as well as the completion of a $28 million golf course redesign to host the NCAA Division I Golf Championships. His experience with union contracts, food and beverage operations, and front office management allows him to effectively streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. He is known for his ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable strategies, such as when he increased Brand Standard Audit scores by 12 points in his first year at the Rochester Marriott and drove $70,000 in top-line restaurant revenue.
Mike's leadership is guided by his core philosophy: that when you take exceptional care of your employees, they will, in turn, take exceptional care of our guests. He is a hands-on manager with a passion for commitment to excellence in both guest relations and business performance. He thrives in building partnerships and delivering top-quality standards, ensuring that each property in the Tian hospitality portfolio operates at its highest potential.

Andy Chafoulias is a distinguished real estate developer, entrepreneur, and civic leader with a presence in Miramar Beach, Florida, and Rochester, Minnesota. As the Founder of Titan Asset Management Group, Mr. Chafoulias has spearheaded the development and private financing of over $1 billion in commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties across Minnesota and the United States.
With a career spanning more than three decades, Mr. Chafoulias has founded or held executive leadership roles in over 21 companies, including serving as President of Suntex Waterfront Management. Under his leadership, Titan Asset Management Group has earned recognition as one of the "Top 5 Best Midwest" development firms and has received national accolades for its innovative and impactful projects.
Mr. Chafoulias continues to serve as General Partner or sole proprietor in several enterprises generating annual revenues exceeding $100 million. His strategic vision and collaborative approach have fostered successful partnerships both domestically and internationally.
Continuing a family legacy of excellence in real estate, Mr. Chafoulias has played a transformative role in shaping Rochester's urban landscape. Among his notable contributions is the development of the Hilton Mayo Clinic Area Hotel, a cornerstone of downtown Rochester's revitalization. Titan's diversified portfolio now includes hospitality, senior living communities, retail centers, office buildings, and student housing developments.
Beyond his business endeavors, Mr. Chafoulias is deeply committed to civic engagement and philanthropy. He has served on numerous nonprofit and corporate boards, including the Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation of Southeast Minnesota, March of Dimes, and United Way. His dedication has earned him recognition as a "Top 10 Under 40" business leader and the "Hero for Youth" award from the Boys & Girls Club. In 2021, he was inducted into the Reading Center Hall of Fame for his contributions to education and literacy.
Mr. Chafoulias actively supports small businesses and entrepreneurs, offering strategic guidance to enhance profitability and operational efficiency—a subject on which he frequently speaks nationwide. He also serves on several boards, including the Diversity Council, US Bank National Association, Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE), and Resilient Capital Partners (RCP).

Over the past decades, Zarir has held executive leadership roles across a diverse range of industries, consistently driving digital transformation, organizational relevance, and growth. His expertise spans technologies, strategic planning, market positioning, talent management, and operations optimization.
Zarir's career includes impactful work with Fortune 500 companies such as WellPoint, Kaiser Permanente, 3M, Nokia, Wells Fargo, John Deere, Intel, General Motors, Michelin, Xerox, UnitedHealth Group, AT&T, and many others. He is widely recognized as an inspirational change agent and holistic leader who ensures horizontal integration across business functions.
Zarir has held leadership roles including President & CEO of Sun Country Airlines and Allen Interactions, CIO of Hallmark Business Connections, Vice President of IT at PDI Ninth House and MotivAction, and Business Intelligence Practice Leader at DBI Consulting. He is also a Partner at StratWiser LLC and currently serves as CEO of Titan-Asset Management Group.
In addition, Zarir serves on several boards, including Vice Chair of Westwood Community Church, Board Chair of AccessAbility Inc., President of the Excelsior Rotary Club, and board member of SD Refinery AI and Vergence Automation.
Zarir holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Computer Science, Finance, and Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Amanda McLaughlin, a licensed Minnesota Real Estate Broker, serves as the Commercial Property Manager for Titan Asset Management Group. With over 19 years of diverse property management experience, she currently oversees Titan's robust 489,000+ square feet commercial portfolio, spanning office, retail, and industrial assets.
Amanda's career has included roles in new construction lease-ups, market-rate and luxury leasing, subsidized housing, and single-family rentals. Since 2021, she has been instrumental in refining Titan's leasing and facilities processes, driving efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Her leadership philosophy centers on combining proactive service with strategic organization—ensuring both asset well-being and community value. "Whether managing lease-ups or optimizing commercial operations, Amanda's attention to detail and tenant-first mindset set her apart."
A proud resident of Southeast Minnesota, Amanda is passionate about family time, art, travel, classic cars, and gardening.

In 2014, Brian Moser joined Titan as their Director of Construction and Development. He is responsible for managing all aspects of construction-related activities with affiliates including cost control, scheduling, client communication, quality monitoring, and much more. Brian also excels at managing design, site development, and contracts related to Titan Asset Management Group's developments. His unique skillset allows him to be effective at managing daily activities and strategic planning. Brian is continually driven to build to specifications and exceed expectations.
Throughout his career, Brian's focus has been on new construction and renovations in a variety of sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, retail, and multi-family properties. He is known for being highly organized and for delivering exceptional results. His extensive project management skills have been invaluable to many clients not only during the construction phase but also during pre-planning and pre-construction. Since joining Titan, Brian has overseen the development and completion of over $300M worth of company assets.
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry in Rochester, Brian has donated his expertise to community developments for multiple non-profit organizations, including the Reading Center, Law Enforcement Memorial of Southeast Minnesota, The Veterans and Emergency Services Museum, and The Children's Museum of Rochester. He continues to invest his time in the community by serving on several non-profit boards, including 10 years on the board of directors for Bear Creek Services, and he is currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors for The Reading Center.

As Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Angie Richards brings a strategic mindset to her role, focusing on driving Titan's key goals and fostering growth across its diverse portfolio. She leverages more than two decades of leadership expertise, including 15 years in various roles within the Titan family of companies. Her background in hospitality, tourism, and events has cultivated a comprehensive skill set for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
Angie is focused on championing organizational excellence by driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and fostering a high-performing team culture. She is known for her strengths-based approach, which enables her to effectively connect big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution. This is supported by her CliftonStrengths of Relator, Individualization, Communication, Activator, and Strategic. Guided by her personal mission—HHH (Be Happy, Have Fun, Help Others)—she brings a collaborative spirit and positive impact to both her work and life.
As a key connection within the Rochester community, Angie is committed to public representation and board leadership. She actively participates in community events and cultivates strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance Titan-AMG's presence and impact. Her extensive experience includes serving on various boards including the Rochester Downtown Alliance Board of Directors, Leadership Greater Rochester Steering Committee, as a School Board Director for Kasson-Mantorville Schools, and is the co-founder of the Food For Friends school age nutrition program.
