The hotel which formally operated as a DoubleTree by Hilton has been transitioned into a new residence hall for the University of Minnesota Rochester (UMR).

ROCHESTER, MINN – Titan Development and Investments has announced the successful completion of an impactful and transformational construction project. The announcement comes as the development and investment company shares its success in converting a 212 room DoubleTree by Hilton into a 203 room, 409 bed student living center. The repositioning of the asset began in October 2022 and was completed August 2023.
